Receipts for extensive purchases by Edwards or his wife from hardware stores, a jeweler, a grocery store, and a blacksmith in Whitney Point and Lisle, listing items purchased and prices. Store owners include P.H. Landers, Daniels & Ford, A. Inderlied, F.O. Willis, J. Fenner, Charles J. Allen, and A.D. Lewis. Also, newspaper clippings of articles on various topics, including an obituary for Mary Whiting of Binghamton, New York, the last grandchild of Union College president Edwards.
