Printed form filled in in manuscript, which suggests this may have been a standard letter to all overseers. Signed in Lowell, Mass., April 15, 1832 by Warren Colburn for Kirk Boott Agent. Colburn was the superintendent of the Merrimack Manufacturing Co.
