Letter to Lorenzo Kimball, 1832-04-15
Scope and Contents
Letter to Lorenzo Kimball, from the Merrimack Manufacturing Company, outlining how Kimball, as an overseer, could be entitled to a bonus if he reduces expenses below a certain sum. Printed form filled in in manuscript, which suggests this may have been a standard letter to all overseers. Signed in Lowell, Mass., April 15, 1832 by Warren Colburn for Kirk Boott Agent. Colburn was the superintendent of the Merrimack Manufacturing Co.
