In this period they generally worked 9 hours a day, 6 days a week. Individuals are listed by name, but no details are given as to what buildings or grounds they were working on. Their jobs (carpenter, painter, etc.) are specified on only some of the sheets.

Box 8, in part, includes files of Professor William Rea Keast as Chairman of the Board on Traffic Control in the 1950s, as well as a 1939 Police Department parking ticket.
