Topics include the Cornell Woman's Guild, boiler contracts, acquiring telephones, tests of coals for the boiler plant, disposal of boilers and smokestacks, the Keokuk (Iowa) Railway and Power Company, light bulb contracts, protests of customs duties; warrants (for property taxes?) from Randolph County, Missouri; repairs to Emerson Cottage on South Avenue in Ithaca, New York; the moving and repairing of four houses on campus; and repairs to a lathe. Correspondents include E.L. Williams, Charles D. Bostwick, Babcock & Wilcox, Westinghouse Lamp Company, and the law office Comstock & Brown in New York City.
