Scope and content Two folios of photographs given to Frederick W. Hodge by Lummis and inscribed as such with gratitude, love and best wishings. "Happy New 1920" and the second "with Love and Gentle Memories, Christmas 1920". The second album contains photos of Lummis, his sons Jordan, (Quimu) and Keith Lummis, daughter Bertha and her husband Justin Bush, a photo of an oil painting of Lummis done by Mrs. Louie Burrell of London, and a photo of Will Rogers, Eugene Manlove Rhodes, and Vicente Blasco Ibáñez....
Dates: 1917-1920.

Scope and content Includes a letter from Ford to F. W. Hodge discussing the oil paintings that she has of American Indians. The paintings are believed in part to be copies of ones owned by the Smithsonian. She includes photos of all eleven as well as a description of each. She has also annotated the back of some of the photos to include additional information about the original paintings and painters. She mentions their similarity to the McKinney and Hall lithographs and Lewis collection paintings as well....
