Included are meeting minutes, account books, financial reports and budgets, records of the boundaries of Scipio's school districts (1814), a list of books in a Genoa school library (1902), records of teachers' certification and wages, and notices of annual meetings.

Scope and content 3 volumes of manuscript and typewritten minutes of Library Council meetings, and minutes of meetings of the [Andrew Dickson] White Library Commission. The minutes were taken by University Librarian George W. Harris and his successor Willard Austen. A draft of the Library Council's charge appears at the beginning of the first volume.
