Photographs of Asia Minor
About 550 mounted photographs of Asia Minor, originally arranged in nine portfolios. Given to the Cornell University Library by Mrs. Sterrett on November 11, 1918 (original accession number A381494, vol. 37). Also includes pamphlet: "Descriptive Catalogue to Accompany a Series of Photographs of Asia Minor Taken in the Summer of 1887 by John Henry Haynes," 1892.
Squeezes from Asia Minor and the Assyro-Babylonian Orient
Includes squeezes of the Res Gestae from the Monumentum Ancyranum (a very precious copy as the monument itself is much deteriorated since then), squeezes from Hittite inscriptions (they are published in Hittite Inscriptions, by Benson Brush Charles, the only volume produced by the Expedition), and a few other pieces that will require further identification.
