Scope and Contents
These volumes contain an index of all patients at the time Bloomingdale moved to White Plains and those admitted since. One volume covers male patients and runs to approximately 1919 April 15. The other covers female patients and appears to run to approximately 1921. They record the patient's name, admission date, discharge date, and volume/page references for their case book, clinical record, burial record, autopsy record, and prescription record.
