Plates extracted from the three volume United States War Department publication. Plates were drawn by Albert H Campbell, Balduin Möllhausen, Lt. J. C. Tidball and John J. Young and were published by Sarony, Major & Knapp Lith. and T. Sinclair's Lith.. Includes note of Provenance to Mr. Burnett from L.D., dated September 12, 1950, this is Edwin Kenneth. Burnett and Lillian Davis. Plates are marked U.S.P.R.R. for United States Pacific Rail Road Expedition & Surveys, 35th Parallel.
