Photostat of a document purportedly by James Logan giving an account of a meeting. The document illustrates 34 wampum belts, presented by the Delaware Indian delegation, and gives their meanings. The place where the meeting was held appears to start with Edward or Edwards, but the remainder of the word is not decipherable. The council was presumably held somewhere near Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Other individuals attending the meeting included Edward Shippen, Richard Hill, and other members...
