First Congregational Church of East Bloomfield records
Scope and content
Three volumes of church and church committee meeting minutes (1796-1805, 1807, 1811-1822 and 1841-1895) which also contain lists of members, baptisms, deaths, and marriages, copies of the church covenant and articles of faith, a list of resolutions passed and an account of revivals in the church; and one volume of trustee records which contain minutes (1811-1874) and miscellaneous accounts. In addition there is a copy of a "historical discourse" published in 1852; five volumes of Sunday School minutes (1846-1852, 1860-1861, 1862-1863, 1864-1866, 1867-1868); and one volume of minutes of the Ontario County Sunday School Union (1825-1838)
