Oral Literature Presentations, 1973 - 1987

 File — Box: 8, Folder: 1

Scope and Contents

"A listing of oral literature presentations after my return to the U.S. in 1976 following my first set of Sarawak projects is outlined in my letter to David Pfanner of the Ford Foundation. See (1: 3), Ford Foundation (1971–1980): Correspondence. This resulted from a small grant awarded to me by the Ford Foundation to help in my project to offer the Sarawak Dayak oral literature material to various university departments and cultural centers in the U.S. Some additional presentations are included.

Some of these presentations were tape recorded. A list of these is in the Tape Cassettes section (Box 10), K1 through K 10."
