Scope and content In 1966-68, William Cutler, III (Ph.D. candidate in the history of education) interviewed nine people (13 interviews), including four members of the Board of Education, together with the dismissed superintendent and his successor were interviewed to no vote on the referendum and to consider possible relationships between these events.
