Frederick Webb Hodge papers
Correspondence addressed to Hodge, foldered alphabetically by correspondent. Letters from many late nineteenth century and early twentieth century anthropologists, archaeologists, ethnologists, professors, and individuals otherwise connected to Indians of North America. Correspondents include individuals working for museums, colleges and universities, including the American Anthropological Association, Columbia University, and the Smithsonian Institution.

Index cards containing the name of an archaeological site in Mexico and the Mexican state where the site is located. The cards are arranged alphabetically by the name of the site and then repeated alphabetically by Mexican state. Each card references an atlas page number as well.
Indian vocabulary, places, and people: bibliographic references
Index cards arranged alphabetically with encyclopedic entries on each card. Cards have articles or newspaper clippings attached to them in addition to typed text. The entries all regard Indians and include places, people, such as chiefs and anthropologists, artifacts such as Folsom points, events, such as Indian conferences, and other associated terms, some in Indian languages. Some cards also give references to other terms and bibliographic information.
Indians of Skagit County : an outline of native history from an Indian's point of view
Copy of a draft from before the paper was published. Also includes a letter from Martin J. Sampson to Mrs. Floyd Faller, dated May 9, 1960. The letter discusses the Skagit Tribes. The manuscript covers the different tribes of Skagit County, their religion, Indian legends, stories, Swinomish reservation, and government relations.

Typescripts about "The Mohawks in Action," "The Oneidas and the Tuscaroras," "The Land of the Onondagas," "The Cayugas," "The Senecas at the Western Gate," and "The Iroquois at Fort Niagara," by Henry M. Allen, Auburn, N.Y., some apparently done for the CITIZEN-ADVERTISER (Auburn, N.Y.?).
Joel Benson collection
Includes one page titled "The prophet of the Allegheny," which is a description of meeting Red Jacket. A hymn in Mohawk, signed by Daniel Bread, dated February 13, 1829. Another letter in Mohawk signed by Daniel Bread. Also included is a Cherokee hymn book published by the American Baptist Publication Society, 1896. The items come with a letter explaining their provenance from Mary Benson Mann Adams, the great grand daughter of Joel Benson, dated February 20, 1944.
