Manifestos published mainly in Mexico, with others from cities in Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay. Collection documents the position of the anarchists in Latin America on the assassination of Umberto I, World War I, internal dissent within the anarchist movement, elections, direct action, and especially the Haymarket Affair and the celebration of May Day. Most of the items are broadsides.
