Leaflet and two clippings concerning prison issues in Britain. The leaflet and one of the clippings describe the Howard Association, "instituted (under the patronage of the late Lord Brougham) for the promotion of the best methods of penal treatment and crime prevention." The other clipping concerns the issue of prison labor.
