Physical descriptions made using a standard form for residents of Kutztown, Pennsylvania who have German ancestry. Recorded in October 1896. Each page is for a different individual and describes name, sex, age, hair and eye color, physical dimensions including height, lengths of arms, and fingers, other physical descriptions. The back of the notebook has graphs of dimensional data of the individuals surveyed.
