193 survey drawings and maps of Alaska boundary areas. The collection includes commercially printed, hand drawn original surveys, tables of survey data , and templates for calculations or alignment of photographs and other maps all dating from approximately 1895.

Collection contains photographs from Leland's expedition as part of the Alaska Boundary survey, photographs of scientific equipment, field notebooks and diaries, and coursework for survey classes at Cornell University. Also includes letters from manufacturers of scientific and engineering supplies and equipment.
