Zuni census

 Collection — Huntington box 39b - folder 1
Identifier: 9192
Scope and content

Photocopies of a typescript census of Zuni Indians from January 1, 1941. It is unclear if this was a government census or done by a private group. The census tracks 650 Zuni families and includes names, sex, birthdate, position in the household, and marital status. Also a column filled with the letter F or a fraction that is presumably describing whether the individual is a full-blooded Zuni or a portion. May contain unpublished genealogical information.

Dates: 1941 January 1.
