Scope and content
The collection consists of nine volumes: two letter books, seven catalogs documenting changes in saloon, restaurant, and hotel requirements in everything from furnishings to staff uniforms, to coin operated machines during the time period from 1893 to 1919. The annual catalog changed from 682 pages to as few as 500 pages as materials less necessary were dropped.
