The records consist of three items and one volume. The first item is "Minutes of Ch[urch] meeting for formation of the Church in Parma" (1819); the second item is a confession from a member (1830); the third item is a church membership list compiled in 1867, covering the years 1819-1867. The volume is titled "The Sunday School Receiving Book. Congregational S.S. West Greece." and is a student record (1846).
