Leaflets distributed by the University of Economics Foundation, proposing that local, state, and national constitutions be amended to eliminate all government regulation of employment, eliminate currency in favor of privately issued "checks and tickets used solely as a medium of accounting," and eliminate all other taxation in favor of land revenue (basically a property tax).
