Correspondence, accounts, pamphlets, and financial records relating to the publishing of a small-town newspaper, the MARATHON INDEPENDENT, and to the New York Press Association of which Adams was president in 1912. Also pamphlets, programs, and other materials relating to the Marathon Union School (1888-1902), and to the Art and Literary Club of Marathon.

Gannett Newspaper Foundation in 1935, temperance and liquor advertising, and newspaper and professional organizations in which FEG was active.
