Image depicts a large group of men who are overseers in the Wood Mill in Lawrence, Mass. There are 42 men in all, all but one dressed in suits, many in three-piece suits. The man on the far right in the back row has a vest on but no suit jacket. Their ages range from the 30s to several men who look well into their 60s or possibly 70s. The Wood Worsted Mill was owned and operated by the American Woolen Company.
