This series, the largest portion of the collection, documents Karesh’s extensive involvement in negotiating the Trans Pacific Partnership, from Round 1 (Melbourne, 2010) through Round 17 (Lima, 2013), as well as Chief Negotiators Meetings and Ministers Meetings through early 2014. Materials include handwritten and typed notes, labor working group agendas, annotated draft labor chapters, internal USG proposals, roadmaps, procedural guarantees, institutional arrangements, correspondence, public awareness and compliance materials, negotiating points, and “USG Only” materials. The series is arranged chronologically by negotiation round and internal work sequence.
