Memorabilia, publications, and materials produced for publication are open for research. There are no restrictions on materials that were created for public distribution including but not limited to publicity photographs and digital image stills, union published brochures, reports, newsletters, and most audiovisual materials depending on the intention of the audience and copyright considerations.

Materials created prior to twenty years from the current date are open to researchers only with prior written permission from the Director of the Kheel Center.
