Manuscript fair copies of two articles by Labruzzi di Nexima, Intorno ad alcuni scritti sopra Dante del gondoliere Antonio Maschio: lettera al chiarissimo Sig. Cav. Enrico Narducci, and Intorno all'epoca della visione di Dante: discorso. Both articles were published in 1872 (citations noted below). With these is an unsigned, undated manuscript draft, with corrections, of an article by Giuseppe Tancredi, Intorno l'interpretazione del verso dantesco Pape satan, pape satan aleppe. The verse in question is from Dante's Inferno: Canto 7, verse 1. This article was published in 1874 (citation below). All three manuscripts were stamped as received by Cornell University Library on June 30, 1898, and all were assigned accession numbers and Harris call numbers.
