Under the Division of Financial Affairs, Cornell University's Policy Office coordinates the editing, review, issuance, and archiving of all official university policies. Standardized policies that have been through the official development process, and "legacy" policies that, in time, will be standardized.

Processing Information
The policy office managed policy documents dating 2005-2018 in a subversion repository. Archivist extracted every version of each file in "trunk" and renamed the file with the revision identifier prefixed to the original filename. The policy subversion log was also exported from the subversion repository and contains the revision identifier (column A), revision commit author using Cornell netID (column C), revision commit date (column D), revision commit message (column E) and original file name (column J).
