Tanenbaum is a 1985 graduate of the Dept. of Design and Environmental Analysis in the College of Human Ecology. She was the west coast representative for several of the large European fashion trend services and she sold the fashion forecasting books to companies like Gap, Levi, Pottery Barn, etc.
