Biographical / Historical
Levy and other co-editors of Suck magazine, Europe's first sexpaper, orgainzed two erotic film festivals in Amsterdam in 1970 and 1971. Called Wet Dream Film Festivals, they were the first of their kind. Suck rebelled against sexual repression in all its forms, promoted sexual freedom and experimentation, and helped pave the way for the personal and political liberation movements that followed.
