Biographical / Historical

Chisholm-Ryder Company in Niagara Falls, NY produced the first commercial prototypes of the grape harvester. The company field tested them and introduced them to commerce. Charles Burton was one of the most active development engineers on the grape harvester in Chisholm-Ryder. Chisholm-Ryder collapsed financially in the period 1985-1986.
