Biographical / Historical

Ralph S. Hosmer, Professor of Forestry at Cornell, served as Superintendant of Forestry and Head of the Territorial Division of Forestry in Hawaii from 1904 to 1914. The Ralph S. Hosmer Grove was named for him.
