Contracts between Cornell University and industrial firms in which the firms subscribed to the Endowment Fund in exchange for access by industry representatives to the University Library and research facilities, and providing for consultations between the firms and members of the Cornell faculty. Also some correspondence concerning the contracts and a letter from Frank S. Washburn as chairman. Firms included Whiting Foundry Equipment Co., International Register Company, International Harvester Company, the Cutler-Hammer Mfg. Co., Babcock & Wilcox Company, and R. K. LeBlond Company.
