Two mimeographed announcements, "Vigil Against Fallout," September 26, 1961, announcing a 30-hour vigil protesting Soviet nuclear tests and the desire of certain U.S. government agencies and officials to resume American atmospheric testing; announcement, October 27, 1961, on a plan to picket the Soviet U.N. Consulate in New York City as a protest against Russia's intention of exploding a 50-megaton bomb in the atmosphere.
