"The First Leading Lady of the Botanical Department in the Agricultural College at Cornell" (4 pp. typescript, 1962), reminiscences of Mrs. Karl M. Wiegand and of botany department picnics by Rita B. Eames, wife of Professor Arthur J. Eames, and "A Tribute to Maude Cipperly Wiegand" (3 pp. typescript, 1963) by Gertrude E. Douglas (Ph.D. 1917), an account of Mrs. Wiegand's part in the Wiegand botanical expedition to the Far West in 1921, of which Dr. Douglas was a member, and in certain campus events; and clipping from the State College News, New York State College for Teachers, Albany, N.Y., "To the Pacific in 80 Days," by Dr. Douglas, 1921.
