Biographical / Historical

Professor of Marketing in the Department of Agricultural Economics, Cornell University, and milk marketing consultant. Cornell University Class of 1918, Ph.D. 1923. Spencer testified in a lawsuit filed by Safeway Stores against A.A. Brock et al. Safeway filed the suit in an attempt to have California state controls on milk prices struck down. The case was heard in the Superior Court of California, County of Kings.
