Scope and content
Interviews discuss the interviewees' backgrounds and political philosophy, as well as detailing the events of the march.

Rindos, a junior in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, majoring in Rural Sociology, on December 5, 1967 (1 tape, 1 transcript); Bruce Dancis, a student on leave from the College of Industrial and Labor Relations, on December 6, 1967 (2 tapes, 2 transcripts); Cheryl Epton, a junior in the College of Home Economics, on December 4, 1967 (1 tape, 1 transcript); Robert Pearlman, Class of 1964, Electrical Engineering, a graduate student on leave, on November 13, 1967 (1 tape, 1 transcript); Sandra Birnbaum, a sophomore in the College of Agriculture, on February 29, 1968 (1 tape, 1 transcript); Burton I. Biographical / Historical
Cornell students, faculty, and staff participated in the march on Washington on October 21, 1967, with a rally near the Lincoln Memorial and a march on the Pentagon. At least nine Cornellians were among the people arrested at the Pentagon, including Peter Bates, Father Daniel Berrigan, Sheryl Epton, Professor Jay Schulman, and Burton Weiss.
