Reports and correspondence concerning the activities of the Associate Alumni, including membership renewals, election of officers, preparations for Reunion, election of alumni Trustees, fundraising, and preparation of Alumni Field to be used for Cornell sports. Many of the letters are addressed to George William Harris; other correspondents include Charles H. Hull and Robert Henry Treman, among others.

Biographical / Historical
Membership in the Associate Alumni of Cornell University extended to all graduates and all other matriculated members of classes that had graduated from Cornell University. University Librarian George William Harris served as Secretary of the Associate Alumni organization from circa 1896-1908. Charles Henry Hull was a Cornell alumnus who became a professor of history at Cornell. Robert Henry Treman, another alumnus (Class of 1878), served as Cornell's athletic director and then on its Board of Trustees.
