Biographical / Historical
Cornell University Class of 1914, Civil Engineering. Charles Henry Fowler was born in Little Falls, N.Y. in 1892. He came to Cornell in 1910 and graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1914. After graduating, he served as an engineer with the American Expeditionary Forces from 1917 to 1918. He worked for the Rust Engineering Company of Pittsburgh before becoming a sales engineer for the H. K. Ferguson Co. of Cleveland, a position he held for sixteen years until his death in 1953.
