Biographical / Historical

American legal scholar and prolific author. He served as a faculty member and then Dean of Cornell University Law School, and later spent 25 years as Professor of Law at the University of Chicago. Edwin H. Woodruff also taught and then served as Dean of the Law School at Cornell.
