133 pages including typescript copy of a list of deeds, arranged alphabetically by buyer's name. Buyers from Beach to Bell were inadvertently omitted from their proper place in the alphabetical order; their entries are inserted on pages 49-51. Compiled by Edna Gross, Chairman of Genealogical Records, Cayuga Chapter, N.S.D.A.R. (National Society, Daughters of the American Revolution), Ithaca, New York. The deeds recorded date from 1794-1822. Photocopies of selected pages of the manuscript are also enclosed.
