The Mayor's Citizens Advisory Committee meetings of December 11 and 18, 1969 were joint meetings of the Committee and members of Cornell University's School of Business and Public Administration (BPA). Each of the committees reporting at these two meetings included several BPA students and a faculty advisor as well as Mayor's Citizens Advisory Committee members.
