Signatures include Erin Barley-Maloney, Jessica Campbell, Olivia Cook, Hayleigh Cudmore, Emily Fulton, Alyssa Gagliardi, Brianne Jenner, Rebecca Johnston, Chelsea Karpenko, Monica Leck, Amanda Mazzotta, Kendice Ogilvie, Katelyn Pippy, Lauriane Rougeau, Jillian Saulnier, Lauren Slebodnick, Catherine White, and Amanda Young. The back of the jersey includes additional signatures of Olympic gold medal winners Brianne Jenner and Lauriane Rougeau with their Canadian Olympic Team roster number.

Biographical / Historical
Carolyn Neuman, Class of 1964, won the jersey at an Ithaca fund raiser auction when Rebecca Johnston was on the Cornell women's hockey team. She went on to win a gold medal with Team Canada at the 2010 Olympics. Team Canada won Gold again at the 2014 Olympics. Carolyn attended the autograph signing held at Lynah Rink, honoring the two returning Olympic players in 2013.
