Biographical / Historical

Warnick J. Kernan was a lawyer in Utica, New York who participated in the settling of the estate of Frank E. Wheeler. At his death, Wheeler evidently owned debts to the Patent Cereals Company (Geneva, New York) and to Gilbert Butler (Utica).
