Biographical / Historical

Ralph Clark, Ammi B. Clark, and Eneas P. Clark filed suit against Walter H. Olmsted and Robert B. Soules over water rights to Oriskany Creek near A.B. Clark & Co., a cotton factory owned by the Clarks in Peckville, in Oneida County. The suit, which came before the Supreme Court of Oneida County, was evidently settled out of court.
