Biographical / Historical

The Buffalo & Susquehanna Railroad Company, created in 1893, operated in western and north central Pennsylvania and western New York. The Buffalo & Susquehanna Railway Company, incorporated in 1902, took control of all of the Railroad Company's assets in 1907. The Railway Company's successor as the owner of the Railway was the Buffalo & Susquehanna Railroad Corporation, organized in late December, 1913. The Railway was bought up by the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company in 1932.
