Included are a Montour Assessment Roll, listing the names of taxpayers and their tax amounts, 1869; Poll-List, 2nd District of Dix, listing voters' names, 1870; account book for the Willow Creek station of the Lehigh Valley Rail Road, May 1889-January 1893; register of voters in Burdett, Schuyler County, including residents of Hector, Watkins Glen, Montour Falls, and Bennettsburg, 1917; Alfred Rich farm accounts, Rock Stream, 1856-1869 (2 vols.); and blacksmith's accounts, 1839-1861.

Shipping records (5 volumes) include three registers listing the names of boats, persons, and companies and the amounts paid (evidently for passage through a canal lock), Jonathan Burr (?), undated. Two ledgers/journals of the New York shipping firm, D. T. and Co., 1830-1835.
