Warrant addressed to "any constable of the said county" to levy a fine of $3.63 against Alexander Morrison, or to arrest him if he cannot pay the fine. The fine is the result of a court case in which Brigham Hanks was the plaintiff and Morrison was the defendant. The warrant is signed by Samuel W. Burnham.
