The New York State Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Program was established in 1985 through legislation added to the Agriculture and Markets Law, strenghthening and broadening the Cornell IPM Program already underway in Cornell University's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. This program is jointly funded by Cornell University and Cornell Cooperative Extension.
